Walking Together
You don't have to walk through grief alone.
Grief can feel incredibly isolating.
Even when we're surrounded by people who love us, it's easy to wonder if anyone truly understands what we're carrying.
Sometimes we don't need someone to fix our grief. We simply need someone willing to walk beside us.
That's what grief coaching is.

What is Grief Coaching?
Grief coaching isn't therapy. It isn't about "getting over" the people we love.
It's a space to process your story, navigate the challenges grief brings, and discover ways to continue living with hope while carrying your loss.
Together we'll explore questions like:
How do I carry grief without losing myself?
Why do some days feel so much harder than others?
How do I support my children while grieving myself?
How do I move forward without leaving my loved one behind?
How do I rediscover joy without guilt?

A safe place to tell your story.

Gentle guidance without judgment.
Honest conversations.
Permission to laugh.
Permission to cry.
Hope that healing and love can exist together.
Learning to BREATHE
My coaching is rooted in the LiveRAD Learning to BREATHE journey: an eight-session framework designed to help people understand grief, reconnect with hope, and continue living while honoring the people they love.
This framework is part of the Confident Grief Coaching Program I was trained through.
The eighth session is a gentle wrap-up. It is a time to pull it all together, reflect on how far you've come, and step forward with intention.
Some people choose to work through all eight sessions. Others simply need someone to walk beside them for a season.
We'll discover together what best supports you.
The BREATHE Sessions
Walking Through BREATHE Together
Here's how we move through the journey, one session at a time.
Being Aware
We begin by meeting you exactly where you are: naming what you're carrying emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually, without judgment or rush.
Reimagining
Together we gently reimagine what a meaningful life can look like now...not a life without grief, but one lived alongside it.
Engaging
We identify the people and communities willing to walk with you, so grief is never carried in isolation.
Accessing
We help you reach the inner strength, intuition, and resilience you already carry within you.
Transforming
We widen the lens by shifting perspective on loss, purpose, identity, and the future that is still possible.
Honoring
We find living ways to honor your loved one while honoring your own pain, journey, and continued becoming.
Entering
We cross into a life of purpose and intention, one that often carries the fingerprints of the one you lost.
Is Coaching Right for You?
If you're wondering whether coaching is the right next step… it probably helps to know this:
You don't have to be "falling apart" to reach out.
You don't have to have the right words.
You don't even have to know exactly what you need.
You simply have to be willing to begin the conversation.
“The goal isn't to move on. It's to keep living while carrying those we love.”
Let's Talk
I'd love to hear your story. Whether you're looking for ongoing coaching or simply wondering if this is the right fit, let's start with a conversation.
